Stephen is responsible for Rittal sales in the UK and Ireland, and oversees the manufacturing site and its operations in Plymouth.
His responsibilities include the health and safety of all staff; setting the strategic direction, planning and execution of goals; ensuring financial performance; and conformance with legislation.
